I feel like that song could mean a lot of different things but for me, it was about the creative control and just having control of my life because I definitely I do I love control over the decisions in my career like creative control and also just kind of feeling good about deciding what you want, I mean and getting what you want and having that I just love the idea of having girls sing a lyric like that She loves Control because I think that’s such a bold statement to make and I feel like It’s a good way to want to live your life. It’s to have control of how you do it, how you live it.

「この曲はいろいろなとらえ方があると思うんだけど、私には、なにかクリエイティブな主導権だったり、単に自分の人生の選択のことなの。なぜなら、私は自分のキャリアの選択は自分で決めたいの、自分の音楽のことだったり、あとは自分の選択を楽しむことよ、つまり欲しいものを手に入れて、、あと女の子たちに「She loves control🎶」って歌ってもらうのいいじゃない、だってそれって勇敢な発言だし、自分の好きなように生きたく思うにはいい方法だと思うわ。どうするのかコントロールすること、どうやって生きるかってことよ。」
